In my opinion, this is the best starting point in s discography (i.e. - the first vinyl record I gave to my sister). Sonically, its a big step up from their lower fidelity and records, with Victoria Legrands vocals mixed up front-and-center, showcasing her growth in lyricism. However, its not nearly as studio polished as or ;still capturing the raw minimalism of their earlier work. Off the bat, the album starts with fan favorites Zebra and Silver Soul, the latter of which was sampled in s Money Trees. The lead singles Norway and Used to Be also bless side A, although I will say that Walk in the Park is a better representation of the direction they were moving in at this time. Side B contains the excellent deep cut 10 Mile Stereo as well as the beautiful album closer Take Care, which still consistently finds its wayonto their setlists. 10 tracks altogether on black vinyl, recommended.
